3. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! At Tipsy Designs, we specialize in creating custom floral arrangements tailored to your vision. Whether it’s for a wedding, special event, or home decor, we work closely with you to ensure your arrangements are unique and meaningful.

4. Can I see a sample before placing a full order?
Absolutely! We can create a small sample arrangement or bouquet to give you a feel for the design, color, and style before finalizing your order. Additional fees may apply for samples.

5. Do you offer rentals for events or memorials?
Yes, we offer rentals for entire floral arrangements. This is a great option for weddings, memorials, or special events where long-term keepsakes aren’t needed.

6. How far in advance should I place my order?
For weddings and large events, we recommend placing your order at least 3-4 months in advance to ensure enough time for design and production. For smaller arrangements, 2-4 weeks is typically sufficient.

7. Do you ship your products?
Yes, we can ship arrangements across the country. Shipping costs are additional and based on the size and destination of your order.

8. What is your payment policy?
For all orders, full payment is required upfront to allow us to source materials and begin crafting your custom designs.
For weddings, we require a 50% nonrefundable retainer to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due closer to your event date.

9. Can wood flowers be scented?
Yes, wood flowers can be lightly scented upon request using floral or essential oils. However, we do not scent our flowers. You are welcome to upon receipt of your arrangement.

10. How do I care for my wood flower arrangements?
To keep your wood flowers looking their best, store them in a dry, cool location away from direct sunlight or humidity. If dust accumulates, gently clean them with a soft brush or compressed air.
