Join Tipsy Designs at UnHitched Brewing to create your own Wood Flower Floating Teacup Arrangement!
This class has been on my “we NEED to do this” list for quite some time, and I am so excited to finally get it on the calendar!
Each guest will receive a unique teacup and saucer that has been assembled ahead of time to create the floating effect. During class, we will work together to cover and disguise the mechanics using floral tape, moss and other materials before getting to the best part... FLOWERS!
You will have a variety of prepainted wood flowers, greenery, fillers and fun little trinkets to choose from to make your floating teacup completely your own.

Will we build the floating teacup structure during class?
The main mechanics of your floating teacup will already be assembled ahead of time. This allows everything plenty of time to fully cure and ensures your teacup is nice and sturdy before class. We will work together to cover and disguise those mechanics using floral tape, moss and other materials before adding all the pretty things!
Will I get to choose my teacup?
Teacup and saucer sets will be florist choice and will vary. I have been collecting all kinds of fun and unique sets for this class, so everyone will be starting with something a little different!
Can I choose my flower colors?
All wood flowers will be prepainted and ready to use. Flower colors and varieties will be florist choice, but I will bring a variety of flowers, greenery, fillers and fun little trinkets for you to choose from while creating your arrangement.
Will my floating teacup look exactly like the photos?
Nope! The photos are examples of floating teacups I have created in the past. Teacups, flowers, greenery, fillers and trinkets will all vary, so every finished piece will be unique.
Is this class beginner friendly?
Absolutely! No floral design experience is needed. I will walk you through everything step by step, and we will create them together.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! Everything you need to complete your floating teacup will be provided.
Can I come early for food and drinks?
Absolutely, and I encourage you to! Come early, grab some food and drinks and support our amazing host before class begins.
What should I do when I arrive?
When you arrive at UnHitched, please let the hostess know you are there for the Tipsy Designs class, even if you are arriving early to eat beforehand. This helps their team know you are part of our group and get you where you need to be.
What if I register and can no longer attend?
Registrations can be transferred to another available 2026 class or to another person with at least one week's notice. Class transfers are based on availability. You may also choose to apply the value of your registration toward a custom Tipsy Designs order.
